JurisLane may process standard web request information needed to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare may process technical request data as our hosting and security provider.
Account access
Clerk provides account sign-in, session management and account-security features for the workspace. Clerk may process identifiers, authentication factors, session data and security signals needed to provide those features. Signing in does not create a legal engagement.
Analytics
Google Analytics 4 loads only after you choose to allow analytics and when a measurement ID is configured. Events are limited to approved public interactions. We do not send free-tool form content, company names, debt amounts, letter text, file names, account identifiers or Agent messages to GA4.
Free tools and demo
Demand-letter entries, readiness-check answers, demo Agent messages and selected file names remain in your browser session. The workspace has no matter or upload backend.
Email contact
If you email hello@jurislane.com, your email provider and ours process the message and attachments. Send only information needed for an initial discussion and avoid highly sensitive personal data until an appropriate channel and scope are confirmed.
Your choices
You can decline analytics, clear site storage in your browser and contact hello@jurislane.com with an account or privacy question. Applicable rights depend on your location and the processing context.
